Bright as Yellow

Bright as Yellow offers three lines of jewelry. The first combines my love of jewelry making and sewing.  I wrap various metal rings with embroidery floss in colors inspired by nature, music and art.  These rings are sewn together to make earrings and necklaces.

The second line features vintage brass lockets I’ve embellished with delicate Japanese chiyogami papers and fine Italian papers and sealed with resin.

The third line features bamboo tiles I’ve repurposed from placemats I found in Chicago Chinatown.  They have been given new life as bracelets and necklaces embellished with papers using the same method as with the lockets above.
