Simple Beauty is Cristina’s line of laser cut jewelry, which draws inspiration from her last trip to Europe, particularly the streets of London. Demonstrating the contrasts ever present in this and other European cities of new and old architecture, high and low culture, and modernist and traditional aesthetics. Simple Beauty’s pieces draw inspiration from across the spectrum including intricate symbols of wealth and opulence down to the gritty streets filled with tattooed pub goers and graffiti covered walls. Each piece is digitally drawn, laser cut from acrylic (to be light yet durable), and hand finished and assembled with sterling silver chain and findings.
