Thumb & Pinky is a collection of modern and playful children’s clothing that is completely handmade by me (and my vintage sewing machine) in a tiny Chicago apartment. I’m a city mouse living in a rough and tumble neighborhood with an occasionally rough and tumble 4 year old.

I love fabric. No seriously, I love fabric! I’ve chosen only the best of the best for the clothing you’ll see here. My goal is to design clothes that will grow with your child, layer easily and last through many seasons. Easy clothes … no fussiness, just lots of style and attitude.
